Running/Walking

Are you ready to drop a few pounds, increase your general health, or have decided you want to run/walk your first 5K, half-marathon, or marathon? Or are you an experienced runner or walker who wants to improve your time at the 5K, half-marathon, or marathon distance?

We have trained clients for such events as P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon & Half Marathon, All Women's Half marathon & 5K, IMS Marathon, Fontana California World's Fastest Half Marathon, Aflac Iron Girl Tempe Women's 10-Mile & 5k, and many other local events and out of state races.

Programs include – Detailed weekly training schedule to meet your distant goals. Stretch programs and nutrition information. 1-2 monthly group (must have at least 3 runners in your group for this to occur) runs with support onsite (water and snacks). Unlimited emails and phone conversation with Coaches. 

Triathlon Programs


Complete your first triathlon or post your best time ever in your next race by training with us. We provide online or in-person training programs for all three disciplines.
We offer a variety of online training programs; triathlon, swimming, cycling, running. For in-person, please call of details and pricing.

Online Triathlon Coaching Programs
These programs are designed for the self-motivated athlete wanting the best in Multi-Sport online coaching. An initial consultation with a coach will help to determine your goals. An individualized program based on your fitness assessment will be emailed on a weekly basis, as a means to help you peak on race day. Coaching includes a schedule for all three disciplines (swimming, cycling and running), tailored heart rate training zones, unlimited email/phone communication with coach. Sprint Distance $119.00
12 week program: this program is designed for beginner or intermediate triathletes that possess self-motivation and determination to train for sprint distance triathlons. New to the sport or maybe you have a few races under your belt and are ready to start taking it seriously, then this is the program for you. Take the guess work out of your "so called training plan" and get a structured training program that fits your individual goals.

International/Olympic Distance $159.00

16 week program: ready to increase your athletic abilities? Looking for a greater challenge, yet not quite ready for the half-iron distance? If you answered yes to either or both, then we have the program for you!  This 16 week intensive program will guide you safely from your current training schedule to a more strenuous training plan. As we know, most injuries in sports happen when the athlete over-trains or trains unsafely.  This program is designed to ensure that an athlete trains to their specific goal and ability and does so by using the periodization method of training. 

Half-iron Distance $199.00
20 week program: if you are reading this program and are seriously considering it, then you are ready to take your training to the next level.  This is a great program for those with several Sprint and/or International triathlons under their belt and want to achieve a goal that many only dream about.  Though not quite the Iron-Distance, this program offers an individualized tailored training plan to help you compete in a half-iron distance triathlon. Maybe you are that athlete the does not have the time to commit training for an iron-distance race or maybe you have no desire to compete in one, at least not yet.  Regardless the reasons, this is a great program for those looking to achieve such goals as, compete and complete an half-iron distance triathlon and is a great stepping stone for an iron distance triathlon in the future.
